Reiki Classes.

Reiki is a wonderful non-invasive treatment for body, mind and spirit. In the simplest of terms, Reiki is the harnessing of the universal life force energy and directing into either yourself or another person, animal or plant. The energy itself will find the most needing areas and proceed with healing, be it physical, emotional or spiritual. Reiki is not relevant to any religious order or denomination. It is a universal energy that can be used by people regardless of religious beliefs. People do not "do" Reiki, in fact they merely direct Reiki, so there for it is not energy sapping or draining.

Reiki classes and initiations are available to all those people who want to expand their knowledge and healing ability. Don is a Reiki Master/Teacher and can introduce you to the wonderful benefits of Reiki as well as take you through the three certificated levels of Reiki, levels 1 and 2 and who knows, maybe you will decide to progress to your masters level as well.

Reiki 1.

To complete the Reiki 1 certificate and course, you will need two classes of 4-6 hours duration. During the Reiki 1 classes you will learn firstly how Reiki works. You will also learn the hands on positions and the history and philosophy of Reiki.

Reiki 2. This certificated class also runs for two sessions of 4-6 hours. Reiki 2 will take you to a level where you can apply healing from any distance and you will also learn how to "read" photographs as well as how to perform a past life regression.
